Type locality of holotype of Clariallabes longicaudatus: 'in der Mabelle, South Cameroon' (Ref. 58516). In contrast to what is given in Ref. 58516, the Mabelle River is not located in Cameroon, but is an affluent of the Mbini in Equatorial Guinea (see map p 48-49 in Tessman, 1913, "Die Pangwe. Völkerkundliche Monographie eines westafrikanischen Negerstammes", Vol. 1)(T. Musschoot, pers. comm.). |
